Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day money back guarantee on all new subscriptions purchased directly on our website. If you are not satisfied within the first 3 days, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play instead? See the sections below — those refunds are handled directly by Apple or Google, not by us.

Subscribed Through the Apple App Store

If you subscribed to Your Quiet Answer Premium through the Apple App Store, your purchase was made directly with Apple, not with Arvane Media. Apple handles all billing and refunds for App Store purchases, and we have no ability to issue, expedite, or override an App Store refund on Apple's behalf.

To request a refund: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase, find Your Quiet Answer in your purchase history, and follow Apple's refund request steps. Apple reviews and decides each request according to their own policies.

Subscribed Through Google Play

If you subscribed through Google Play, your purchase was made directly with Google, not with Arvane Media. Google handles all billing and refunds for Google Play purchases, and we have no ability to issue, expedite, or override a Google Play refund on Google's behalf.

To request a refund: open the Google Play Store app, go to Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Order history, find the subscription, and select Request a refund. You can also visit Google's official refund help page for current steps. Google reviews and decides each request according to their own policies.

Subscriptions Purchased on Our Website

Everything below applies only to subscriptions purchased directly through yourquietanswer.com, processed by Paddle.

3-Day Guarantee

If you subscribe to any Your Quiet Answer plan through our website and are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 3 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, email us at hello@yourquietanswer.com with your order details.

After 3 Days

After the 3-day guarantee period, we do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription after 3 days, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions qualify for the 3-day refund guarantee from the date of purchase. After 3 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the subscription period. We recommend trying a monthly subscription first if you are uncertain.

Renewal Charges

If your subscription renews and you did not intend to renew, please contact us within 3 days of the renewal charge and we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund (Website Subscriptions)

Email hello@yourquietanswer.com with your name, email address used to subscribe, and your order or transaction ID (available in your Paddle receipt email). We will process your refund within 5 business days.

Payment Processing

Website subscription refunds are processed through Paddle.com, our payment processor. Once approved, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Deleting Your Account

You can cancel your subscription and delete your account data at any time on our account deletion page. Deleting your account immediately cancels any active subscription — it does not retroactively trigger a refund outside the 3-day window above.
