We offer a 14-day money back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
If you subscribe to any Your Quiet Answer plan and are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, email us at hello@yourquietanswer.com with your order details.
After the 14-day guarantee period, we do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel your subscription after 14 days, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier.
Annual subscriptions qualify for the 14-day refund guarantee from the date of purchase. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the subscription period. We recommend trying a monthly subscription first if you are uncertain.
If your subscription renews and you did not intend to renew, please contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge and we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.
Email hello@yourquietanswer.com with your name, email address used to subscribe, and your order or transaction ID (available in your Paddle receipt email). We will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refunds are processed through Paddle.com, our payment processor. Once approved, refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
